We feel stress at many levels and our ability to tame it, adapt with it, and be resilient, are the keys to helping us be at our best. Join us to look at strategies that put attention into areas that help you be at your best. This 75-minute virtual session will cover:
RESILIENCE: What are the characteristics of resilience? We will look at how to make the most of any situation with four areas to help you navigate the sometimes bumpy road.
FOCUS: Where do you have control? What can you do to manage the threats to your brain so that you have the focus you need to achieve your goals?
SELF-MANAGEMENT: How you manage yourself is essential. We will identify actions you can take that give you mental, physical, and emotional refreshment that support you and your ability to be resilient.
