Erin Nierenhausen is the Senior Instructional Specialist at the University of Wisconsin-Stout Vocational Rehabilitation Institute (SVRI). For over a decade, she has provided training development, curriculum and instructional design, and learning management system support to meet the needs of various federal grant projects, as well as fee-based services. For 18 years, Erin also served as a Lecturer with the College of Management at the University of Wisconsin-Stout in the subjects of development and organizational leadership. Prior, she worked for more than 10 years in training and development in the manufacturing environment, where her responsibilities included conducting needs assessments, providing technical writing, developing training curriculum for soft and hard skills, facilitating, and monitoring training delivery and effectiveness. Erin holds a Master of Science degree in Training and Curriculum Design from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and a Bachelor of Science degree in Technical Writing and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. She brings many years of experience developing and facilitating training online and enjoys the constant learning and new challenges that accompany this delivery platform.
