Your minor in Physics will be invaluable in understanding the fundamental interactions found in physics which permeates all fields of natural science. Our courses will give you an enriched perspective of the natural world and the universe, from galaxies to subatomic particles.

If you are majoring in Applied Science, Applied Mathematics and Computer Science, Construction, Packaging, Science Education, or are in an engineering program, you may find a Physics minor particularly beneficial. You can prove to prospective employers you can solve problems and deal effectively with quantitative issues.

To declare a minor, complete the "Applying for a Minor" survey online, and you will be given further instructions. Once this has been processed you will receive an e-mail confirmation from the Advisement Center.
