Employer Registration

Registration opens on January 2, 2024 at 8:00am on Handshake.

EMPLOYER REGISTRATION PACKAGE INCLUDES

  • Parking, in specified lot
  • Two (2) representatives, per booth
  • Booth space approximately (8x8)
  • One (1) - 6' Table with two chairs
  • Tablecloth upon request
  • Wireless internet access/free guest Wi-Fi
  • Electricity/extension cords
  • Light refreshments
  • On-campus Interviews
    • Request an interview space in the ADD ON section of your registration. Please note that space is limited.

  • If you've indicated next-day on-campus interviews on your registration, it will be noted on your confirmation.
  • During the fair check-in, interview materials for next day on campus interviews will be provided. 
  • Location/table will be provided at check-in, the day of your interviews.

Faculty Information

Help support and prepare students
  • Share the canvas Career Conference Canvas Course to students
  • Promote the Blue Devil Prep for Success event
  • Refer students to the Career Success Guide
  • Promote Handshake to view and research employers
  • Assign activities for extra credit or other classroom learning outcome alignment:
    • Career Conference Prep Week events such as Drop-In Resume Reviews or Blue Devil Prep for Success
    • Attendance to any of the career fairs at Career Conference
  • Encourage students to volunteer for the event - several areas align to academic programs
